This condo is convenient to one of the onsite hot tubs and community grills, which is located directly behind the Building. The floor-plan is open on the main level with the living area and kitchen sharing the space and dining via bar stools at the kitchen counter. Front and back of the main level have decks on each end and a bedroom with bathroom finishing this level. The lower level has a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bath and a second bedroom with bathroom and laundry room. Spanning 1300 SF this three (3) bedroom with three (3) bathroom condo is ideal for small groups.  The entry of the Building, has a lockable private locker that’s available for its guests to store ski/snowboard and other sports equipment.

Powder Mountain does live up to its name. It’s one of the most remote ski areas on the Wasatch Range. It can be a journey to get there but a skiing Mecca once arrived. It truly has it’s own Vibe.  Owned by a group of entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley with investors that span the Globe, it’s fresh, iconic and old school.  Summit Series is working on an expansive masterplan at the top of the mountain beyond Hidden Lake. Some areas of the masterplan will be open to the public and some areas private for their investors. Today it’s as it was 50-years ago with the addition of a high-speed lift chair at Hidden Lake and another high speed lift chair under construction this year.

Powder Mountain has a variety of skiing opportunity from cat skiing to night skiing with the convenience of on-mountain ski and snowboarding rentals. Restaurants at the Base Lodge include the popular Powder Keg that offers live music most nights, draft beer and bar food such as chicken wings, burgers and kale salads. Upstairs at the Base Lodge is a cafeteria that is perfect for families serving Lucky Slice pizza, breakfast burritos, burgers and other comfort food. At the top at Hidden Lake the menu is more Mexican Cantina style with street tacos and taco salads.

My experience was excellent, the team is very accommodating and friendly, as I have learned from both this stay and past ones in Utah Lodging properties. It can be best summed up by saying I don't worry about things when I'm heading to something Art & team manages, I know if something comes up, it will be dealt with.

This property is a lot of fun for families with small children, proximity to amenities like the pool, hot tub, and frisbee golf are very nice, and 3 bathrooms for dealing with the little ones after a day at Pineview is also very useful. I will say some of the pictures posted of this property at VRBO and HomeAway are a bit out of date: the TV's have been upgraded since then and are modern flat-screens, not the old CRT's depicted.

All reservations are billed a one-time processing fee of $30. Departure clean is $125.

50% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount will be due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Any reservation canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival will have their deposits refunded minus the $30 processing fee. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
