Hardwood flooring throughout adds additional warmth as do the custom alder cabinets and solid wood doors. There's a TV with DVD player in the living room.

The fully outfitted kitchen offers a raised breakfast bar, with separation from the adjacent dining area, which seats 6. Conveniently situated adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with mess sink.

The King Master also faces west and includes its own armoire with TV. The ensuite bath features a corner whirlpool spa with view window, oversized shower and his/her sinks. There's also a large walk-in closet with natural light so you won't wind up with one blue and one black sock. The Queen bedroom has an attached bath. The third sleeping area offers a twin trundle and its own gas fireplace.

Further convenience is provided by the attached two car garage, which opens into a prep hallway with plenty of cubbies so everyone can keep their helmets, gloves, goggles and accoutrements organized.

Snowbasin Resort is just 25 minutes away, and the beginners will love Wolf Mountain which is within 10 minutes. Those preferring cross country skiing will find over 30 km of groomed track at North Fork Park in Liberty, just 15 minutes away. There's excellent dining just one mile from the door, and both grocery and liquor stores are within 3 miles.

All reservations are billed a one-time processing fee of $30. After departure cleaning is $125.

50% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount will be due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Any reservation canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival will have their deposits refunded minus the $30 processing fee. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
