Facing almost due east, the living areas and master will be bathed with the first light of day, perfect for assessing the powder depth and anticipating the trails and lines to ski that day. Situated at the end of a short cul-de-sac, this home is just steps to the amenities area, yet feels incredibly private once inside. To the east and north, 850 acres of open space surround the home, creating an incredible sense of tranquility. The extra large patio features a generous and very private in-ground hot tub where you’ll enjoy an occasional wild visitor (deer, fox or moose) and the star filled sky.

The living area is warm and inviting with wood ceiling and accent beams and tasteful decorating. The comfortable living room furniture surrounds the large gas burning fireplace, with built-ins surrounding it, making TV viewing an option, not a requirement. Everything is on one level, a welcome feature for the knees after a full day or skiing or snowshoeing (which you can do right out the sliding door.) The generous galley style kitchen opens to the living/dining area with a large breakfast bar; two gas stoves offer 9 burners combined. This way, many different dining preferences can be accommodated at once, or the Julie Child wannabe in the group can use every single burner to deliver a delectable dining experience.

The attached two car garage opens to a mud/laundry room with full size washer/dryer. Each bedroom has its own bath with oversized shower and stone and tile accents. The Master suite, no doubt taken by the trip organizer, features eastern exposure and a romantic corner fireplace, and ensuite bath with his/hers sinks.

Trapper Ridge is a planned community of single family homes just a 10 minute drive to Powder Mountain – both Snowbasin and Wolf Creek Utah Ski Area are within a 25 minute drive. The community features a pool & year-round hot tub overlooking Pineview Lake, Clubhouse with fitness center, ping pong and club room for private functions. There’s also a tennis court and basketball practice area, and the neighborhood trail connects to Wolf Creek’s network, offering about a 4 mile loop. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at Clubhouse.

All reservations are billed a one-time processing fee of $30. Departure clean is $125.

50% of the total is due at time of booking. The full amount will be due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Any reservation canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival will have their deposits refunded minus the $30 processing fee. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
